BeWell

BeWell is an employee well-being platform that we launched in 2023 and we are continuously developing thereon. This platform was developed to ensure the holistic well-being of our employees. By offering expert support, events, competitions and comprehensive content through this platform, we provide our employees an environment where they can both socialize with their colleagues and live a healthier and more balanced life. Our employees can participate in various events, clubs and challenges on the BeWell platform; they can consult with experts such as psychologists, dieticians and sports trainers and improve themselves with various programs.

BeWell's main goals include providing a better employee experience, supporting employees in social, physical, emotional and intellectual aspects, increasing internal communication and interaction, taking action by measuring experiences and spreading a culture of appreciation and gratitude.

Development Programs and Trainings

We consider the trainings we receive within the scope of Adel Campus Trainings as an opportunity to improve ourselves professionally and achieve success both in our career path and within Adel Kalemcilik.

When planning trainings, we prioritize providing trainings that will improve the qualifications and competencies of our employees and transform their behavior.

At Adel Kalemcilik, we believe that leadership enables us to unlock our individual and collective potential and has an invaluable impact on our collaborative successes. In line with this belief, as of 2023, we have been supporting our colleagues at every stage of their leadership journey by providing leadership-focused Adel Lead training programs to our employees at the expert, manager, and director levels.

We offer three main programs under the Adel Lead training umbrella: Adel Lead Shine, Adel Lead Discover, and Adel Lead Advance.

Our Adel Lead Shine program, developed in collaboration with Bahçeşehir University for management candidates to discover and enhance their leadership potential, provides participants with the opportunity to take the first step in shaping their future and embark on a bright leadership journey. This program is designed to help our management candidates explore and develop their leadership potential, allowing them to take a significant step forward in their professional careers.

The Adel Lead Discover program, also developed in collaboration with Bahçeşehir University, aims to raise awareness among our managers, enhance their leadership skills, and prepare them for the next stage of their career journey. By deeply exploring leadership, this program offers participants the opportunity to reach their full potential. It is designed to contribute to the professional development of our managers by strengthening their leadership knowledge and skills.

As part of the Adel Lead Advance training program, our managers explore their "Value-Oriented and Authentic" leadership styles and gain access to team dynamics tools to help them develop their teams and improve performance. Through this program, our colleagues receive both module-based training and one-on-one coaching sessions. Simultaneously, we support their growth by preparing and tracking their development plans through our assessment center applications. This program is designed to help our managers refine their leadership skills and lead their teams more effectively. With our Adel Lead Inspire training program, which we have designed to support our leaders in setting common goals and performance targets, ensuring effective collaboration and communication, we aim to sustain the successes achieved.

Travel Club

The Adel Travel Club offers our employees unique experiences to explore our cultural and natural heritage. Through various activities such as nature walks and city tours, we strengthen team spirit and enhance internal communication.

The Adel Travel Club organizes unique events that connect our employees with nature and art.

One of our nature-inspired activities was a visit to Barbare Vineyards, where we experienced the tranquility of nature and explored the vineyard’s unique atmosphere.

From city tours to theater performances, and from art to nature-focused activities, we continue to bring our employees together through diverse and enriching experiences.

Social Responsibility Club

Our Social Responsibility Club brings our employees together for projects that address societal needs, organizing events focused on volunteerism and social awareness.

The Adel Social Responsibility Club offers our employees the opportunity to participate in projects that benefit society, encouraging them to engage in activities that raise social awareness.

Through the donation boxes for books and clothing we established in collaboration with the Anadolu Foundation, we deliver contributions collected from our employees to those in need.

By visiting village schools, we support the education of children in rural areas and provide them with the necessary resources to step into a brighter future.

In our events with the Hope Foundation for Children with Cancer (KAÇUV), we invited the Hope Cafe to our company, providing support to the families of children battling cancer.

Another meaningful project, "Listen to the Voice of Books," is carried out in collaboration with GETEM. In this project, our employees volunteer to read books for visually impaired individuals, aiming to facilitate access to knowledge and create equal learning opportunities for everyone. Through our social responsibility projects, we continue to strengthen the spirit of solidarity and bring hope to those in need.

Adel Food Club

The Adel Food Club, which brings together employees who share a passion for gastronomy, offers them the opportunity to explore the kitchens and unique flavors of different cultures.

Our food club events foster a culture of discovery and learning, supporting a collaborative environment.

The Adel MasterChef event we organized in 2024 was an unforgettable experience, where teams fiercely competed and showcased their creativity.

With our “Every Month a Flavor!” series, we inspire our employees by sharing the Recipe of the Month, encouraging them to enhance their cooking skills and try delicious new dishes.

Through our food club events, we continue to explore the richness of culinary culture and enjoy flavorful moments together.
